Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 9999bt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 9999bt website located at https://9999bt.vip, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

Any cleared balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within one to three hours. Bank transfer withdrawals settle within one to two business days. 9999bt is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider. All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard security review; requests flagged during this review may take up to five business days to process.

3.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

3.2 Bonus Abuse

9999bt monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk, mathematically offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using automated tools to complete wagering obligations. Where bonus abuse is detected, 9999bt reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently suspend the account.

Game Rules, Betting Rules & Disputes

4.1 Game Availability

9999bt makes no guarantee that any specific game, betting market, or live dealer table will be available at any particular time. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform at our discretion, including as a result of agreements with third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. No compensation is payable for the removal of any game or market.

4.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game software defect, 9999bt reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction and return the wagered amounts to the respective accounts. Winnings generated as a direct result of a game malfunction are not considered valid and will not be paid. The decision of 9999bt is final in all malfunction-related disputes.

4.4 Dispute Resolution

The decision of 9999bt management on any dispute is final and binding unless a clear processing error can be demonstrated.

Intellectual Property Rights
